What couls cause silicate brick masonry to become red? How to get rid of it?
All silicate and concrete products may take on a reddish tone in time. This is caused by bacteria and lichens working together, which is why surfaces not cared for change. We recommend using lichen-removing products to eliminate the change in colour caused by lichens (such as the Sambla-Septik Spray).
What does the number of frost resistance cycles mean?
The number of frost resistance cycles shows how many freezing-thawing cycles a construction material can withstand without damage or significant drop in strength.
Can a foundation be laid from silicate blocks?
Silicate blocks are meant for building load-bearing walls and partitions. Silicate products cannot be used in the ground and in basements.
